Targets
The targets of an outdoor training course are as different as the companies.
Examples for that are the following:
• take responsibility for the group
• foster key qualifications as a basis for teamwork
• improve the teamplay and make it more efficient
• Teambuilding
• find problems in teamwork
• strengthen motivation and identification with the company
• Kick-off for innovative projects
• bring a team together when a company is founded or after a merger
• increase the ability to find solutions and to bear criticism
• analyse and design relationships within a team
• facilitate the acceptance of changes (e.g. organisational development, reorganisation)
• increase the effectivity of processes and workflows
